A Great Workout That is FUN!
Everyone knows that they should work out, but we all use the same excuses. I don't have the time, I don't know what to do, it is boring. Well, throw those excuses out the window because Fifth Day Farm hosts two monthly Goat Yoga classes for your schedule.
The classes are taught by two certified yoga instructors that will walk you through exactly what to do. There are classes for both beginners and those that are more advanced. The goats make sure these classes are not boring. They will make you laugh, keep you company and provide you with entertainment throughout your class. The art of yoga is over 5,000 years old, it is a workout that will provide you calmness of both mind and body.

Goat Grams
Fifth Day Farm has witnessed firsthand the power of the goat fascination. On a daily basis, we get to watch these cute animals play on our farm, interact with guests, and bring laughter to yoga classes. This got us thinking because not everyone can make it to our magical farm. Some folks have limited time or a medical condition that prohibits them from making it to our farm.
Of course, there are some that just haven't learned about our lovely farm yet. SO, we decided to bring the goats to them. Introducing Goat Grams, where if you know someone that is in need of a pick me up, you can order a Goat Gram to be delivered to them. We will take one of our goats and your personalized message to them for a 15-minute visit that is sure to brighten their day!
